Having Problems Registering?

This is an issue with the browser and your privacy settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, open your browser, then on the menus at the top, choose Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab and then choose Sites. In the address of website, type in, cityofnewhaven.com and press the Allow button. This should add cityofnewhaven.com to the managed sites. Close your browser, then open it again and try to log in once more. If you are still having the same problem you will have to go again to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and drag the slider down from Medium to Low. You should now be able to log in with no problems. Most of the time step 1 is sufficient to enable you to log-in, but there are a few occasions when the 2nd step is also necessary.
